Picking Up Your Secured Print Job at the Copier
Copier Consideration means using "Secured Printing". You print with the "Secured Print" option from your computer, and your job is stored in the copier until you go and pick it up. That way you don't interrupt someone in front of the copier, and you can keep confidential documents confidential.
At the Copier Control Panel (Model 7095)
Enter your Department ID and password and press on the ID button next to the screen.
Press System monitor on the screen. You may also need to press Print.
- Select your job.
Press Secured Print.
Enter the password and press on OK to print.
Press Done and the ID button to go back to the ID prompt.
At the Copier Control Panel (Model 5055)
1. Enter your Department ID and password and press on the ID button next to the screen.
2. Press the “→” symbol on the top right of the screen (which will show more features).
3. Choose “Print Job” and high light your job.
4. Press on “Secured Print” and enter your ID to print.
5. Press Done and the ID button to go back to the ID prompt.
