Tips and Tricks

Quick forward to voice mail

Tired of your phone ringing during a meeting? You can forward a call to voice mail easily, even while it is ringing.

First, set your default call forwarding number. Hit Call Fwd, then 39999 (for voice mail), then Call Fwd again. This turns on call forwarding. Now hit one more time to turn it back off.

Next time the phone is ringing, and you want to send the call right to voice mail, just hit Call Fwd twice. The call will go to voice mail. Remember to turn it off by hitting Call Fwd after the meeting is over.

Getting through your messages quickly

  • Press 9 to skip Forward by five seconds.
  • Press # to Skip ahead to the next message.

Use your "AUD" buttons

You need to go into PROGRAM, and turn on the CO Features. Then you can program these buttons by pressing them when the phone is off hook, putting in the number, and pressing the button again.
